Mine did not...** A: The black pump has an inflate needle located at the top of the handle. Pull back the tab and you take the inflate needle out and pump up the ball. When when the ball is pumped up just take the needle out and store in the handle. Hope this helps. Margaret **Q: Is this ball strong enough to lay on your back with like a foam roller to relieve stress up and down from your neck to your lower back?** A: Absolutely!!! That’s actually one of my favorite moves on this Body Sphere to help release and massage the hips, sacrum and lower back. **Q: How to deflate** A: To deflate, wet the tip of the included pump with water or lubricant and insert it into the inflation valve. While inserted, gently apply pressure to the ball. Air should gradually escape. Remove the needle pump once the desired inflation is reached. **Q: How much air do you put in to the body ball? On the LoRox video it doesn't look fully inflated.** A: For rolling the stomach, try about 60-70% full. If you're using it under the back body it can be fuller. ## Frequently Bought Together - OPTP LO ROX Aligned Life Body Sphere with Pump - Inflatable Small Pilates Ball with Pump for Exercise, Massage, and Core Workouts — from Lauren Roxburgh - OPTP LO ROX Aligned Life Mini Infinity Roll - Portable Mini Roller and Myofascial Release Tool for Deep Tissue Self-Massage and Sore Muscle Relief – from Lauren Roxburgh - OPTP LO ROX Aligned Life Domes (Pair) - Textured Balance Pods - Stability and Balance Training Equipment - Sensory and Self-Massage Tools - by Lauren Roxburgh --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/103466596-optp-lo-rox-body-sphere-with-pump-inflatable-pilates-ball](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/103466596-optp-lo-rox-body-sphere-with-pump-inflatable-pilates-ball) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
