When I saw the Bluetooth version, I had to give it a try! The design has helped me to keep my wrist healthy without slowing down at work. I can work longer at a more steady rate than with a “normal” mouse, where I found myself needing more breaks. As other reviewers have said it has issues. I should have listened. The mouse would not connect to my computer. I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard which I am currently using, so I know the issue with the Goldtouch mouse not connecting was not on my end, but rather the mouse was defective.The seller ANT online, antonline, was a nightmare to deal with. The seller refused to give me a full refund and sent me copy and paste replies to my emails. So, I opened a dispute. Amazon assured me I would get a full refund and that I should go ahead and return the item. I paid 8 buck to return a defective product and then when Ant Online received it they deducted over $20 from my return amount for their shipping charges/restocking! They notified Amazon that I had been refunded. Amazon closed my dispute and the email I was supposed to reply to if I wasn't refunded had been disabled. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Magically after I filed the dispute, Amazon contacted me out of the blue and said they were refunding the remaining portion.
