I have to say this hair straightener works awesome! Guys, if you take time to style your hair, the is well worth it!! This straightener heated up quickly, very easy to use and the packaging was great! What I love most about this straightener is that its small and compact and easy to use on short hair. I love the sleek black design and its not made of cheap material at all. My hair is naturally wavy/mildly curly so this does just the trick if you want a quick straighten. I highly recommend this to guys and women of course. Great price, awesome product, quick shipping, whats not to love?? Solid 10/10 :)

I'm a cosmo student and flat ironing short bangs with a regular sized flat iron is a pain in the rear. I bought this just for bangs and it does the job perfectly! It's small enough to get as close to the scalp as possible without burning yourself and it's hot enough to get the job done! I actually don't know what the heat temp is when it's on - I couldn't find that info anywhere. Regardless though, I love it and everyone at school that has seen and used it want it too! Definitely a great purchase! I've only had it for a short while but the quality seems like it'll last me quite a while with the proper care.

This is a good product. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Only thing is it doesn't have a temperature regulator on it. I should have done my research on it. It works well. It does get very hot so you have to be careful with it. I use it for my hairline only, which has very course hair. I am not sure I would use it on the rest of my head because of the high heat and not able to turn it down. But that is what I bought it for. I do find that it doesn't glide through my hair as well as the titanium plates. It is small and would be easy to travel with.

I ordered the HSI Professional Mini which was sold by Beauty Change and shipped by Amazon. I did not feel it got hot enough, and the ceramic plates had small scratches on it when it arrived. I did not contact the seller, but gave the Mini a One Star Rating on Amazon. I am not sure if someone from HSI read my review, or why it came about, but I received an email from a representative from HSI. I told them I was not satisfied with the appliance and after exchanging a couple of emails with them, they said they wanted to make it right. And they certainly did. I received a replacement which was shipped directly from the company and I must say this one works perfectly. I am very saitisifed and would certainly buy from this company again. They reached out to me, and in the world we live in today, I think that is an extraordianry thing to do. Thank you HSI.

The iron itself is small, 6 inches in length, very cute and portable, and it works for short and small volume of hair, I'll give it 4 stars. However the cable is standard cable and even longer than the cable of my regular iron, nearly 2 meter, it is almost bulkier than the iron itself, I give it 2 stars. I understand the cable has to follow certain electric standards, but at least you can make it shorter to be proportional to the iron.

I couldn’t be happier with this mini flat iron! I have a very short pixie cut. There are times when I want to use a straightener, but i had a hard time finding one that would work with my hair. After a search on Amazon I came across the HSI Proffesional Glider mini, I read the reviews and took a chance. I’ve had this straightened for about a month now and I am quite pleased! It heats up quickly, is easy to turn on and off ( my fingers are long and thin, the switch may be difficult to reach for someone with wider fingers ). The device does the job when it comes to straightening! It is exactly what I was looking for.

It works perfectly on my shorter hair for everyday use. I don't have a lot of hair, so this is the perfect size for my thinner, fine hair. Easy to handle. Nice and hot. Plates come together nicely.

It’s supposed to be travel size iron and it’s great for traveling since it’s very small, about 1/3 or 1/4 of the regular size iron but being that small, good luck ironing long hair with this. I tried and it was taking forever! Don’t get me wrong it works well but the ironing surface being so small it just can’t get too much hair at once. I would say it’s perfect for short or at most shoulder length hair or for easy fixes such as bangs or just front of your hair, it’s also perfect to get roots cause it can get very very close to your roots. Not ideal for long hair.
