Welch Allyn 03100-U Halogen 3.5V Replacement Lamp

Our Otoscope stopped working after a fall and replacing it was just not in the budget. I did some searching online and found that sometimes the bulb just goes out. For 14 bucks, it wasn't going to hurt to try. It came in very quickly and after we swapped out the bulb, it worked like a charm! I'm glad this part was so easy to track down and the install was a wiz. Now we are up and running in almost no time at all.

I purchased this replacement bulb for my otoscope. I had read other reviews and was concerned that this product was not a genuine Welch Allyn part. Thus, I contacted the company, and they assured me that although the item will not arrive in a Welch Allyn green package (the bulb comes in a small plastic bag) that it is made by the same company that makes the Welch Allyn bulbs. The first package that they sent was tampered with and the bulb was stolen. Dynamic Lamps promptly sent out another bulb at no expense to me. Customer service was quick to respond to each of my e-mails to them. I greatly appreciated this. While I am not an otolaryngologist, I really can't tell the difference in the light output. It looks the same as my previous bulb. I would purchase this bulb again from Dynamic Lamps.

Ho comprato tre di queste lampade per un otoscopio su cui l’ultima lampadina ( non di queste) è durata quasi 3 anni . La prima lampadina si è fulminata dopo un giorno ( ho pensato di aver fatto qualcosa di sbagliato e ne ho messa subito un’altra e la seconda si è fulminata dopo 2 gg . Ah ci tengo a precisare che il macchinario viene revisionato 1 volta l’anno .

La bombilla ha tenido una duración muy corta, menos de 3 meses con un uso mensual de unos 15 días por mes y diariamente con muy poco tiempo de encendido en total no mas de media hora diaria. No se cual es el motivo pero el resultado muy malo.
