50W Outdoor Constant Current LED Transformers/Driver,AC85-265V,DC24-36V 1500mA Isolated,IP65 Waterproof,High Power Supply Adapter for LED Intergrated/Street/Flood/spot/high Bay/wall Light

Bought these to replace failed LED drivers in the outdoor lights I bought at Costco. The original drivers only lasted a few months but I liked the look of the lights and wanted to keep them. This driver seems to work fine so far (nearly a year). It is larger than the original but still fits in the housing. I would buy again.

Replaced a customer's LED fixture that stopped working, bad driver ballast, then bought this and voila, light works again. Most LED fixtures that stop working just need a new driver. Just be sure to size mA and output voltage to original fixture.

I just recieved the product and have only had a chance to test their accuracy which is spot on 49.6 watts to the LED. I will update based on longevity. So far I've used this for a year almost continuously and have found no problems other then the power would fall to 41 Watts. I realize that it was a key sinking issue and my hypothesis is that the LEDs we're continuing to demand more and more current as they were getting a little too hot around 166 degrees. So I imagined the power supply reduce the amount of current probably not being able to cool itself adequately. I updated the heatsink on the LEDs and the wattage now only Falls to 47.4 which I feel is a very accurate representation to what is advertised. Where this is being used is under a house with a raised Foundation no basement in subtropical weather. It has stood up to about 95 degrees under the house and 100% humidity for over a year. One more small issue that's probably user error is that the plastic mounting brackets on the sides is starting to develop stress marks no crack so far but they will happen. I can't complain being the$$$ value has far surpassed my expectations. I certainly would recommend this to any hobbyist or professional.

Old power supply burnt out. Needed a replacement. Provided power and fit into same spot as old power supply.

I connected the side that says input to the AC and it blew up. See picture

The ones that came in my lights went out. I ordered 1of the hanna Hong to try. It worked as described so I ordered 3 more

My only complaint is it has a noticeably longer power-up delay compared to the transformer it replaced. Have not had it long enough to really comment on longevity, but seems solidly made.

I’m happy with it so far but the only area of concern is how hot it gets when working at even a fraction of its max output. You will not be able to hold it in your hand. Out of an abundance of caution I used thermal glue to stick on some heat sinks and also connected it to a smart switch which turns it off after 3 hours. So far it’s working and if anything changes I’ll update my review.
