In description says that the feather duster can be put in washer, can it really be put into washing machine?

I do not recommend putting the dusters in the washer. What you can do is shake it out and soak it in a dishpan with dish soap or any soap, then squeeze it out under running water. Regarding the microfiber feather duster attachment, you can pull it off the head and put it in washer.
