Yes--It's Tarragon!
I know what you're thinking. This should taste just like Tarragon. It does--and there's 2/10ths of an ounce of it. It's dry but fresh, and it smells like Tarragon. You get a lot of Tarragon for the money spent. And it's the McCormick quality that you're looking for in Tarragon. Don't settle for another brand. This one's got Tarragon flavor to the MAX.

Good condiment.
I'm from Europe, so we use a lot of Tarragon. This one is a good to have in the house. Used for multiple dishes, gives a good flavor.

Good spice but dried tarragon tastes nothing like fresh

Tarragon is a useful spice
I use McCormick tarragon together with McCormick dill on fish. Lately I discovered another use for tarragon: on tomato sauce or gravy to be used over pasta. The Italian spices, while flavorful, gives a taste that I found to be a little bitter for my palate. I sweeten it up a little bit with a pinch of tarragon. I find that it improves the taste.
