I had never tried any similar product before but I'm very happy with the experience so far. I never had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment with my GP first and then another 2 weeks to get my results back. The instructions on how to use the product are simple and straightforward. While drawing blood was a bit tricky it was certainly not such a bad experience like other reviewers make it out to be. The results arrive in a format that doesn't require you to have any deep medical knowledge to know if something's wrong. Happy overall!

I did not realise that this was a test that I needed to send off for results. It comes with very detailed instructions letting you know how to take the blood sample to send off and everything that you need to keep the sample sterile. Very comprehensive and also includes everything you need to clean up afterwards. Just got to wait for the results but happy with purchase.

Absolutely useless.. I am not at all squeamish... I have tried for an hour to squeeze enough blood out to fill a tube of 500ul size which is about half a teaspoon!!!Also you have to fast for 12 hours before it can be done... I have given up...If I had known it was trying to drop blood (that clots) into a tiny tube and so much blood I would never have bought this.. in the doctors they hit a vein and it’s done in twenty seconds.. this is clearly not a useable product and I would be very surprised if one in ten ever returned a sample.. total waste of money.. not happy at all..If you are even remotely squeamish don’t even bother I have been trying to massage blood from me finger tip for an hour and got about 5% of what they need out..

It's actually quite hard to get the required amount of blood to fil the vile. Despite following the instructions the the letter, I just couldn't get enough blood to fill the vile. I managed only a 3rd after pricking 2 fingers and 20 minutes. So it was a complete waste of money. And I am fit and healthy and usually have "thin" blood.

I received prompt notification that sample had been received for testing. Test results were received within 3 days of sample receipt. First Class service at a very reasonable cost. UK NHS services could and should learn from this service provider .

I ordered this kit to check my cholesterol level as I’m very aware of my own health. It arrived well packed and the steps look very simple. Provided everything I need. Can’t wait to try!

The test required a large 500 uL of blood and I only provided two single use lancets to prick the fingers. I couldn't get nearly enough blood from the finger pricks as is required for the tests. Complete waste of money. Save your money and have your blood drawn elsewhere via syringe.
