It highlights how ruthlessly the world treats women.

A magnificent and magical play
This is my favourite play of all time. Its writing is magical and beautiful and you just get lost in the story. You can read it again and again and even that might not be enough. Classic for a reason
All the characters are written very realistically. Blanche had all my sympathy.Although she is not the stereotypical innocent victim, she's a victim all the same. It highlights how ruthlessly the world treats women.

Great choice to buy
The book is light weighted and very thin. The discription is in italics and and for those who do judge a book by it's cover, this book is very pretty. The delivery was on time . It's worth the money also

One of the best play that I've read of modern period, could relate to the character see her prejudice, downfall, hypocrisy of society
