Works for the unit as intended, the unit itself doesn't have an incredibly long battery life so you do need both batteries to make it functional. That's due to the unit, not the battery.

Will not charge
I have a Phillips SimplyGo portable oxygen concentrator the battery looks like it is the same size and same connections as my original batteries, but it will not take a charge. It’s been on the charger for over 12 hours. I will be returning it.
