Among other things- like the separate for easy and thorough cleaning- I am amazed at how sharp these are. Obviously, my old kitchen scissors were more dull than I realized. I just wish Joseph Joseph would embrace some color other than this drab shade of green. Truth be told, green isn't a color I am particularly fond of- but their green is extra unappealing. If the quality wasn't there, I wouldn't still be buying their products.

I like the weight of these . Very strong. I like that I can use both hands if needed. They also work pretty good on small packages.Cut a wire with it. No problem.I like that the finger holes are a good size for me. I do have petite hands.
