GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) is an essential fatty acid. Many dietary and lifestyle factors can seriously reduce the bodyโs GLA production. Borage seed oil provides the highest yield of GLA in the botanical kingdom (more than twice the GLA yield of evening primrose oil). The borage seed oil is extracted by a special cold-press process, which leaves no harmful residues and is hexane-free.

great product
I tried this product after seeing it on dr oz to eliminate belly fat. Great product! Dr oz suggested 900 mg per day along with adding beans to one meal every day. I also added about 40 oz of water to my daily regimine. Within one week, I lost 1 inch from my waist! no exercise at all. the premise is to calm stressors in abominal fat to aid in the release during dieting. It worked. I was not doing any particular diet; I even ate at burger king a few times and still got good results. I recommend! Shipping was super fast!

Clean borage oil softgels with no aftertaste.
PROS:* Clean gel capsules with no fishy after-taste.* GLA and LA anti-inflammatory effects helped my back post-surgery.CONS:* Borage oil is a little bit expensiveSet your expectations based on practical tests on actual humans, not something someone read on a website written by someone who "believes", or a TV entertainer who's trying to get enough ratings to stay on the air. Ignore Oz, Mercola, etc.To find out what to expect from borage oil, evening primrose oil, GLA, etc., search on "Gamma Linolenic Acid site:nih.gov".
