Great customer service and one sexy looping laptop
When I ordered this laptop originally I received the wrong one however it does not change my 5 star review as the customer service and fast service getting me he correct laptop was above and beyond what I expected. I just received the correct laptop today and am beyond pleased with it. Will write more on the gaming experience once I start gaming.

Super fast graphics
Bought this computer to run Fusion 360 and Autodesk inventor. Works like a charm, can't complain.

Had to change my review from 4 to 1 star
Edit: The fan is now making very loud buzzing noises that is registering at 54 decibels when it comes on. This is absolutely insane. Such a poor quality computer from Dell. This is my second Dell, and I would not recommend anyone to buy a Dell or the G3. Take your money elsewhere, these are crap.

Great Unit, Needs Brighter Keyboard
Have had this unit for several months, and it works fine. I'm not a gamer, but I appreciate the speed of this unit. No glitches yet. My only beef is the lighted keyboard. I work under low light a lot, and although the keyboard is lit by lovely blue lights, it is just too hard to see. Recommended.

Terrible first impression
Unbelievably loud and slow. I tried to download MapleStory three times and the wireless adapter crashed every time. My older laptop had no problem downloading it, and it's not even a gaming laptop. I'll tinker with it and see if I can fix it, but overall, not a great first impression. I'll update this review if I can figure out what's going on and fix it.

Seems to make games smoother
I wanted an upgrade to my dell for better gaming. The video card in this model seems to have sped up my games. The fan is a little noisy.

I need to contact with the support department again
12/12/ 2019I was texting with Prashant and I had a problem with my box message, it dissappear and I lost all the information in there to fix my laptop. Also, I had problems with my keypad on my phone and it clicked whatever. I need help again, please.----------------In June of this year I bought this laptop and, although even Dell took it to fix it, it's still the same as before, I can't even open a Google tab without that meaning I have to wait more than 1 minute (I counted them) I've arrived to the point of preferring to use only my cell phone, because it is faster than this laptop . I can't believe that everything that this laptop supposedly has is a lie, because with the ability it claims to have in the product description, I shouldn't have problems. I want my money back.
