Only Creatine I've ever used. Been using this brand the last couple years. After years of my knees bothering me it Didseem to make my knees stop hurting and clicking when I went upstairs after I started taking this. Does seem to help with muscle soreness with some gains with med workouts at 43yrs old. Great price and $5 cheaper than my local Walmart. Decent taste and mixes up probably 85% with little on bottom at end.

My daughter told me a man my age should have two teaspoons daily, so I wanted something that I could mix into the variety of energy and protein drinks. It has almost no flavor, and even when I tried it in plain water, it had more of a slightly grittiness than any flavor. It goes perfectly with anything I've tried it in. I bought two to make sure I alway have some on hand now.One thing to note is that it doesn't stay suspended in liquid much at all, but if you just swirl the glass or whatever between swigs, it stays suspended long enough when you drink that it doesn't have a bunch just sitting on the bottom. A minor detail, but one I appreciate.
